Snow on Mother's Day !

We awoke to a winter wonderland on Mother's Day...it is not the weather you expect in May!

Even a tough little dandelion had to sruggle to poke it's head thru the snow.

The daffodils were very cold too! I had planned to go to the cemetery but with all the snow it was impossible. Hard to believe my Mom has been gone two years now - I miss her more than ever.
I talked to Ava last night and my sweetie has another ear infection...hope she is feeling better today!

Guitar Hero

We stopped in Toronto to visit the kids and grandkids on our way home from Florida ... we had missed them so much!

It was fun to play Guitar Hero with them at Melissa & Chuck's place.

The little girls are fantastic at it and Jack and Evan got right into playing the instruments..Jack on the drums and singing, Ava on drums, Auntie, Sophia and Evan on guitars and Sophia and Grandpa singing a duet!

Grandma sang one song (but not too well )and took pictures!

It was a lot of laughs!
